Human Resources Coordinator
Human Resources is hiring for the position of year round Coordinator. Position includes assisting in all Human Resources functions such as: recruiting, coordination of training events, filing worker's compensation claims, organizing employee functions, assisting employees, answering phones, filing paperwork, creating monthly employee newsletter, and other projects assigned by management. Accounts Payable
Nantucket Island Resorts is now hiring for the seasonal position of Accounts Payable. This position is responsible for: processing and preparing payments and check requests; matching vendor invoices to purchase order information and resolving discrepancies; approving and initiating payment to vendors; posting to general ledger accounts; maintaining auditable records. Must have knowledge in the field of accounting, written and verbal communication skills, Customer service skills, Basic math skills and Telephone etiquette skills. IT Technician
Nantucket Island Resorts is currently looking for an I.T. Technician to provide technical support on IT hardware and applications for their 6 resorts, all located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. This position involves the preventative maintenance of all IT related equipment, effectively identifying problems as they occur and taking the appropriate steps to solve them, and assisting/supporting our Operational Managers with any IT related issues. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to work independently, complete tasks in a fast paced environment, be reliable, consistent, and customer service oriented. An associate's degree, 1-2 years of vocational technical training or 3+ years in a similar position is required. Experience with any or all of the following is preferred: Micros P.O.S, Extreme Switches and Juniper Routers, Avaya PBX, Maestro PMS, Microsoft Exchange and Windows. Front Desk Supervisor

Licensed Electrician

Applicant must have at least one year of experience as a commercial electrician and should have working knowledge of all codes, electrical supplies and equipment. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining and replacing or repairing the properties electrical systems, fixtures and equipment.
